This project combined two Brazilian franchises: an Italian food franchise and a Japanese food franchise in one space. As any franchise, they have their own guidelines that must be respected.
The goal was to create a place that would integrate the two franchises without losing each of their own identity’s. The hall serves both restaurants, unlike the kitchen: each one has an independent technical area.
